Lori Senecal was appointed as the Global CEO of CP+B in early 2015. Her position in this company was newly created to help oversee the global growth of the company, manage coordination between their eight international offices and finally coordinate further developments. Senegal was considered a good fit for the position because of her leadership and management experience earned from the companies she had worked for before. She has been a great pioneer of innovation, technology, and invention all at a global level and thus was expected to escalate a worldwide momentum at CP+B. The company has been doing great globally which led to them being awarded the Infiniti global creative account, and the management believed that Senegal would progress their experiences globally. She has impacted great global growth at the agency by working closely with the leadership team because she believes in the success of teamwork. Senecal had worked as a global head at kbs+ whereby she managed to transform the company to a more than 900-person domestic agency from the previously 250 members. She brought creativity to the agency, made it a worldwide firm that embraced innovation and technology in their investments and content creation. Before joining kbs+, she was working at McCann-Erickson Worldwide’s flagship New York office as the president and played strategic roles such as planning, account leadership and innovation.
In the year 2014, Senecal was nominated as the Woman to Watch by Advertising Age in the MDC Partners Board. Apart from this honor, she has also been recognized many times for her professional attainments such as the AWNY Game Changer Awards and Quantum Leap award. Senecal has been the Jury Chair of Isaac Awards whereby she has been honoring invention in different industries. Chuck Porter, the chairman of CP+B, was optimistic about Senegal’s ability to heighten the company’s experience at a global level, and that’s the reason why he approached her for the position.
