Hilary Clinton wants to take the bans off of same sex marriages. She states that she supports same sex marriages and supports equal rights to those same sex couples. Hilary hopes to get the Supreme Court on board, too.
In a couple of weeks, the Supreme Court will decide the ruling of whether same sex marriage violates the Constitution of the US. People in same sex relationships have the same citizenship and rights that include marriages states Hilary.
People are still concerned that states can ban same sex couples from being married. If the states can do this regardless of what the Supreme Court says will that be deemed as unconstitutional? There are many questions that remain. Michigan, Tennessee, and Ohio are a few of the states that will have arguments presented in Supreme Court.
